About DW Jiu-Jitsu

Founded by Deddy Wigraha in 1998

DW Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy founded by Deddy Wigraha, who brought the martial art to Indonesia in 1998. He is the only Indonesian to have received his black belt from Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti, founder of the Alliance Jiu-Jitsu Team.

Our philosophy extends beyond seeing BJJ as a sport — it is a form of self-defense and a lifestyle to stay fit. The DW Jiu-Jitsu curriculum is open to everyone, regardless of experience, age, gender, or background.
